The Hay on Wye Town Plan 

The Town Plan was developed following a period fo consuktation with residents and was eventually adopted by the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority as Supplementary Planning Guidance.

It isn't all about planning; the plan provides a clear direction for the work of the Town Council and their partners over the next 5-10 years to ensure that we are meeting resident’s needs.
